Soul Stirring Sounds Sound Baths use vibrations through a variety of instruments played near or over/on the body to induce a general state of well-being that creates deep relaxation. Sessions have been depicted as “massaging” at a cellular level. Participants often feel refreshed and energized while some report a release of stuck emotions and a calming of the nervous system.
