I am merely your guide. All the work is up to. What you get out of our sessions is up to you. But also what you do with the tools and resources is also up to you.

Together we will work on meditation, breathwork, and other tools for your healing. The majority of the session will be like therapy. But each program is tailored to the client. I will only work on what is beneficial to you.
